Fantastic Place to Relax
Publié le 20 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house was immaculate. The pool was wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is a peceful place and that is what we were looking for. Even the fishing was good off the dock! The Evolve project manager was unbelievable. We have stayed at many VRBOs in US Canada and Europe and this is top on our list for a domestic location. Highly recoommend it for a couple or a family. The deck even has colapsable gates that would prevent access to the pool by little ones. They seem to have thought of everything. There are 3 different family areas so the family can spread out.

Short vacation with family
Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAmazing property - great bedroom layout/floorplan. Wonderful pool and dock/lake views. We will be back next spring! Very well-equipped kitchen and plenty of towels. It was a great get away and a great property!

Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook! Will be staying here again! The contact person for the property responds quickly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right!

Pool was dirty.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they would like to share the following: Regarding the issue with the pool, it came to our attention that in September, there was a transition in the pool maintenance service provider. This change might have resulted in a shift in the chemical balance, leading to the problem you encountered. Furthermore, upon investigation, it was determined that there was a blockage in the filter pump. We sincerely regret that you were unaware of the pool's condition during your stay. A new company has been retained for weekly maintenance of the pool and the repair of the filter. Your feedback is valuable, and we are committed to ensuring that our guests enjoy a pleasant experience. We look forward to any future opportunities to host you. Thank you for choosing our property.

Great Location
Publié le 30 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayLocation was great with amazing views. Property is in need of some landscaping and house repairs. Overall, accommodated our family needs with plenty of space. Of note, the parking is tight if bringing larger watercraft.

-Most of the interior of the home was renovated recently in 2022. We encourage guests to reach out if they notice any areas that need attention.
-Regarding the landscaping, we did remove the overgrown bushes which were up against the deck when we replaced the boards. We plan on replanting in the area as well.

Nice view but issues stayed in July 2022
Publié le 15 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace is pretty but toilet seat in hallway down stairs was coming off and we had to fix it. Up stairs bathroom no lights all were burned out. Pool and basket full of trash left over from previous renter. The floor in game room was wet the host said it was do to rain came in under side door. Before we left we discovered that the shower above it was leaking and coming through the light fixture. Because while we were packing up and someone was showering and it was coming down. I sent a video to the host. The deck was in bad repair and unsafe. Also the deck going down to the dock was in bad need of repair. The host did come and try to clean pool and put light bulbs in. Some of these things should have been handled by the cleaning crew. When you spend money to treat the family you just should not have to worry about issues that take away from your family time.

Had we received a call or video, we would have immediately addressed your issues. The water hasn't been an issue since last July, and we just had a new deck and dock rebuilt. We truly go above and beyond for our guests and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"

Weekend with friends
Publié le 13 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe property was perfect for six adults. The view is amazing and there is lots of privacy.. The rooms were large. The management company was very responsive. Our only concerns are some broken boards on the deck and dock, a broken recliner in the rec room and the condition of the wall the dart board is hung on. They are minor issues that did not effect our enjoyment of the weekend we spent there.
