Lil Gem is a two bedroom one bath home 3 blocks from Bethel and HCMC. It is a mile from the historic court square and 13 miles to Paris landing state park/Kentucky lake. We have done our best to stock it with all the necessary items to make your stay enjoyable.

Paris Tennessee Stay in the Little Gem Beyond Amazing
We stay in rentals often especially when traveling as a whole family. The house was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The host is easy to contact and made every effort to make we were happy. Beds are comfortable, coffee is great, and process is simple. Host has other properties in town and I look forward to renting from her again if I ever need to travel through Paris.

great little place
I traveled to this location from out of state due to the death of a friends mom. Another friend traveled with me, and we were originally going to stay in a hotel - but decided at the last minute to stay here and it was a great decision Not only was the house super cute and clean, it was very conveniently located to everywhere that we needed to go. Additionally, staying here allowed us the opportunity to prepare some dishes to take to the family. The kitchen was very nicely stocked and had everything that we needed to use. this is a great little house and I would 100% recommend it for anyone considering renting it. Also -- I read in one of the other reviews that there were a lot of dog's barking in the neighborhood. While there were dogs out and about - their barking was not an issue when we were trying to sleep. Each of the bedrooms had a white noise machine. Not sure if they were added after the noise complaints - but they worked great.

It is a gem!
What a darling little cottage. I dont know how they designed it to fit everything so perfectly, but it had everything we needed. The owner was extremely reasponive and so kind. We definitely recommend staying at this vrbo!

Clean and cute house! The biggest downfall was the neighborhood. We got woken up by multiple neighboring dogs at 6:30am for 2 of the 3 nights we stayed, non stop for hours on end. Being that we only used this house to sleep in it was a big negative. I have never heard dogs bark so loud and so repetitively. I had half a mind to knock on the neighbors doors. Would not stay here again just for that reason!

I stayed here alone for 5 nights. It was perfect for what I needed. Close to Eiffel Tower Park (I went running there every morning), WalMart a short drive for groceries, and WiFi so I could work remotely. The house was very clean and comfortable. I felt at home there. Loved it! I would definitely stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful vacation rental and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with just the right amount of space to feel at home. Now let's talk about the accommodations. Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms were comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. The decor was beautiful and added to the overall ambiance of the rental. The location was also great, with easy access to local food. Overall, I would highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking for a great getaway. A Pleasant Stay
The "Lil Gem" was just what we needed. The kitchen was well enough supplied with utensils we were able to cook a nice meal. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed and the amenities were appreciated. It provided us a nice retreat each evening when we were done with our Paris excursions. We would have no problems recommending it to others and when next we visit Paris we would be more than happy to stay there again.

Very clean, well equipped. The 2nd bedroom is small but comfortable. Good location near everything.
Great stay. Only difficulty was the shower or more my lack of knowledge. It took me a while to figure out how to turn the shower on.
