This Upscale Lakefront Home provides the most sought after features of Lake home buyers - Miles of Open Water Views and Calm Water Conditions! This combination is not easy to find - especially on the Lake of the Ozarks!

You've likely heard the Lake of the Ozarks is the #1 Recreational Lake in the Country... With that comes sections of Lake that get quite crowded during the summer. Here, we believe we've found the perfect spot! Our guests get out on the water and get to ENJOY being on the Lake - Boating, Waterskiing and Wakeboarding, Wake Surfing, and Tubing - all right out in the channel behind the house. Riding Personal Watercraft is also so much more fun in the calm water - going fast and not getting beat-up... This area truly is a Watersports Playground!

Inside this quality custom-built home are Four Bedrooms and 2 and a half Baths. The Master Suite features a King Sized Bed, large screen TV, and a picture window framing a beautiful view of the Lake... The other Three Bedrooms all have Queen Sized Beds - one of which has two Queens... Finally, there is a sofa sleeper for extra sleeping in the main living area. Altogether, the home sleeps 10 to 12 comfortably and the Large, Open Kitchen and Living Areas have plenty of space to gather everyone together.

Outside on the Covered Deck is where you'll enjoy spending extended time taking in the view - and especially the Sunsets... The quality outdoor furnishings have nice, comfortable cushions not shown in the current photos. We are looking forward to the Spring Weather and Updating the photos when the landscaping is in bloom. There is also seating down on the boat dock where you'll enjoy watching the kids jump from the high-dive and swim in the Lake. Don't forget the fishing gear!

There's so much for the kids to do including Go Karting, Mini-Golf, and getting Frozen Custard at Randy's or Andy's! Be adventurous and Hike one of the many State Park Trails or go visit Ha Ha Tonka! Spend some time wandering the Shops and Restaurants along the Bagnell Dam Strip... There's just an abundance of things to do within a short drive Year-Round!

Beautiful dock, lots of room, the grill hadn’t been cleaned in awhile but we took care of that, washer and dryer were very convenient. Nice kitchen and comfortable beds. Family of 11 met to celebrate a special birthday! Had a great time!

It was a nice house right on the lake. We loved being right on the water front and using the dock. But our favorite place was the porch that overlooked the lake. It did have lots of stairs for my elderly parents but we kept them on the main level as much as possible.

Overall beautiful house, windows are amazing. Great views. Very clean, upscale, comfortable and inviting. Back deck is incredible, wish we had better weather. Would like to come back in summer and utilize the nice oversize dock. Only issue we had was some trophies using our apps on smart TV, but manager worked with us immediately and got us where we could watch our football. Great place. Would recommend.

11 of us stayed here Aug 2023. This was the 4th house we’ve tried over the years and by far, our favorite. Clean, great back deck that was clean, nice area for skiing and wake boarding. Grocery store 13 min away. Never ran out of hot water despite everyone showering every night. Would stay again!

It was just our family of five. The dock was nice. The driveway is a little hard to find and steep. I would suggest a dehumidifier for the house. It was very damp. Great property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Annual Ozark Family Vacation
This home was wonderful! The dock is where we spent most of our time and it was truly enjoyed. It was stocked with plenty of seating. The high dive was enjoyed by all. The water was calm enough for us to float in and enjoy even on the busier boating days. The view was excellent. We were able to enjoy watching our kids play and ski right from the dock and house porch area. The porch of the house was spacious as we could eat, see the dock, appreciate the lake view and even enjoy a good card game. The home was very nice, open area and loved having a washer and dryer so handy. Owner Jason was very kind and quickly accessible to chat. Very enjoyable annual family vacation had by all:)

First time in the Ozarks! Definitely will not be our last!
We couldn’t have been more happy with our choice of stay in the Ozarks! We researched a lot of homes, and decided this one would suit us great. Great choice! The home is beautiful and well maintained. The dock accessibility was easy and was plenty large. The deck view is beautiful and we spent a great amount of time out on it. Jason was very easy to work with! We had a couple of questions along the way, and he always answered my texts in an appropriate time frame. We are already planning to return next September! It was a great family vacation!

Beautiful and Relaxing Getaway!
We LOVED this property! Beautiful views, perfect covered porch, nice big dock..it was perfect for swimming, fishing, and just hanging out and relaxing. The kids really enjoyed jumping off the platform into the water! Everything was well stocked and communication was smooth and easy. We would come back in a heartbeat!!
