They was very polite and accommodating for the situation with the travel contract I'm on. There was a few issues with the other occupants but management was quick to resolve those issues. The room and location was nice and I will be here for three months and it is a nice place to stay.

Staff was extremely nice. We loved our room. It was clean and we received house keeping every day we stayed. For the price, we would give 10 stars if we could. Pleasantly surprised.

This motel should be condemned. The property was filthy with spider/cobwebs in every corner as well as above the entry door and across the mirrors. The bathroom was beyond disgusting. I had to take a shower with my rubber shoes on. Housekeeping knocked on the door quite aggressively when we weren’t even checking out yet, which was puzzling, considering the condition of the room did not display any urgency in its cleanliness. The $30 hold for incidentals turned into a charge which has still not been refunded. Horrible experience!

We understand if we get genuine complaints, we didn’t receive one complaint from you for 2 days. The only reason you are upset is because 30 incidental charge. The reason behind the charge was because of late check out. You didn’t check out 1 hour after the regular check out time, which was 11 PM not 12 PM. Obviously you are writing a bad review just because of that.

Filthy place

The service from the young man who checked me in was great. However, the room was filthy. The door had a thick film of dirt on the back side of it. There were spider webs hanging from each corner of the ceiling. The refrigerator had an odor, and the shelves were rusted. The bathroom reeked of urine.

Request for two standard bed and they lie and stated I was just request for one and I booked for two. Please do not stay here.

The guest who checked in did request a single bed smoking room and hence was given a single bed smoking room. We thrive on customer satisfaction and always do our best to make our guests comfortable.
