The hotel was great stay. It has 3 Restaurant inside. Children play area. And the Door Keepers were the Friendliest.

It’s a beautiful property, my family and I have been staying here every year and it seems from our last trip the staff have stopped cleaning and taking care of the rooms. I had to move rooms because my room was dirty (ie spill in shower stall floor, spots on furniture, debris on chair, and spots on the floors. Mold between the shower glass doors, vents were dusty, shower head had calcium buildup..I booked two rooms both were similar. My mom works in housekeeping so maybe it stood out more to us than most. I hope conditions improve for our trip next year.

Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe got to the hotel and everything was very modern and nice, but when we got to our room the only thing I did not like was the shower. The shower head was very dirty and foggy and little to no water came out.

Its seems we didn't meet expectations. We do have staff on site 24/7 who are able to assist guests in any issue that arises. If you do stay again, please don't hesitate to contact the front desk so we can quickly remedy the situation.

Big rooms, nice pool and hot tub.
Wish there's more choice of food or tastes better especially the brunch buffet

Great views and a nice spot if your looking to get out of phoenix butt not drive to far. We went to Sedona to get in the cold water and stayed here… night club inside Casino and everything you need in one spot!

Exceptionally nice, clean, updated property.
The check-in would have been much easier had the staff given us a map of the property and indicated where we could find parking. Instead, they seemed to push the valet parking option.

We're glad you enjoyed the room. The front desk agent should've mentioned that there is a map in the key packet of every guest that shows the entire property and all parking areas.
