The lady at the front desk was really helpful because our reservation got messed up. But the room was dirty, We found multiple different kind of bugs and almost stepped on a scorpion in the bathroom in the morning. Caught it and showed the lady at the desk and all she said was I will tell our Orkin man. The breakfast was pretty gross and was told that the hot tub pool were not available, which is another reason we picked this hotel to use those facilities. Seriously feel ripped off this was our one Trip a year with our kids and it was pretty sad. Felt like I should’ve got some sort of Compensation or something. Not sure I’ll ever go to comfort Inn again.

Everything Good Unless You Want to Swim

One complaint- pool and jacuzzi listed as amenities. However, found out upon arriving that both are closed for maintenance.
This should've been stated on the site.
We drove all day to get there and I was really looking forward to relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Would've gone to the place across the street that actually had an OPEN pool.
