Nice hotel

The renovated rooms are very nice. It’s too bad the bathroom wasn’t included. The toilet and shower use way too much water. The shower head is too big for the small tub and sprays onto the floor. The owner/ management should to take pool off their amenities if it isn’t going to be fixed. Overall, it’s a nice hotel that lets pets stay for a extra fee. We were especially please with that part.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Janee was very friendly at check-in. Had an issue getting the TV to work. Janee helped resolved that, but then there was a constant high-pitched noise coming from the TV. Janee switched rooms for us promptly. In fact, any time we went through the lobby, we were greeted and asked if we needed anything. The hotel communicated via text and asked if there was anything we needed. Since COVID, most hotels don't change towels during your stay. We were surprised that upon returning to our room, we had fresh towels. Room had a microwave and fridge. When traveling, especially if you are driving through multiple states, it is hard to know the local time. The microwave time was set to local time and the room had an alarm clock plus an additional clock on the desk. I appreciated being able to look up and know the local time!

On the road via Camp Verde

Arrived around 10pm. Front desk was not welcoming. No information provided on wifi or breakfast. Room was clean. Room window was wide open and cleaning smell (maybe bleach) in the room. At 80 degrees out side, window full open - we had to turn on AC to cool the room. Room insulation is minimal so anything occurring in hall is heard in room. Breakfast was minimal. Price to value - not good.
