Auchnabreac Cottage

Perfect hosts
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIain and Margaret are welcoming and generous hosts, not only with the unexpected but gratefully received extras when we arrived for us and our four legged family member, but they are so generous with their time as well. Auchnabreac Cottage is perfect inside and out, and is extremely well equipped. My family and I would highly recommend Iain and Margarets lovely holiday home

Fantastic Getaway

Wonderfully peaceful location
Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cottage is in a very secluded spot. There is no wi-fi or mobile signal so it was perfect for us to have a few days completely unwinding. The cottage inside is very well equipped and comfortable. We will definitely be back when we next need to flop! And the owners are very welcoming too.

Bliss
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayBeing ‘off grid’ in such a beautiful cottage was perfect. Hosts Margaret and Iain were welcoming, warm, helpful and sociable - we enjoyed their company and learning about their lives in such a rural place. Would highly recommend 5 stars.

Mooie cottage in een prachtige omgeving
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayDe cottage is ruim, sfeervol ingericht en van alles voorzien. Er is geen WiFi of bereik dus alle gelegenheid om tot rust te komen in een prachtige omgeving. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt en veel gelezen. Er liggen overigens ook veel dvd’s in het huisje. Bij de gastheer/gastvrouw kun je terecht voor alle vragen en tips.
Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad.

Blissful Rest and Relaxation time with the family
Publié le 21 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayMargaret and Ian were fabulous - the cottage was just beautiful. Unplugging and having a digital detox was just what our family needed. Our dogs loved the walks on the doorstep, and the highland cows were perfect neighbours.

A lovely break in Kintyre
Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed a wonderful break at Auchnabreac. Margaret and Iain were so welcoming and helpful and the property is a delight. It is a lovely peaceful location. Nearby beaches are beautiful and were much loved by our dog. We enjoyed visiting the distilleries in Campbeltown, a trip to Gigha and a boat trip with Mull of Kintyre Sea Adventures.

Perfect Stay

Iain and Margaret were perfect hosts and we had the opportunity to spend time with them in their home and also with Iain looking at the wildlife. The cottage is perfect for exploring the area and it was beautifully equipped. Thank you very much.
