Lovely rural setting
Posted Sep. 11, 2023 on HomeAwayCasa Ribocchi is set in rural Tuscany, with pretty hillside villages, Etruscan amd Roman history, and clear blue seas with fine sand all within half an hour’s drive.
Plenty of shaded parking on site too. The site has plenty of trees and grass that add a lovely feel.
The onsite swimming pool is clean and a good size with parasols and deck chairs. There are play areas for kids though they could do with a bit of a spruce up.
Supermarkets are 15 minutes away and gltuen free is widely sold in them (though less so in restaurants near by).
The manager speaks little English but translation apps meant we had few problems. He keeps the place clean and tidy and offers tips whenever you ask via the apps.
Bigger towns are further afield, Pisa or Volterra being the nearest. But there’s enough nearby to keep you busy.

Quiet, relaxing, Tuscan hide away!

Quiet, relaxing place. Good base to see lots of the surrounding area.
Suvereto was a find. Despite the owner not having great English
Got by very easily. Not a 5 star hotel with posh fixtures and fittings, but would recommend it and happily return.

A lovely place to stay
Posted Aug. 5, 2017 on HomeAwayA comfortable, air conditioned place to stay, with good WiFi, a beautiful pool, fresh tomatoes from Giuseppa's garden, pretty surroundings, comfortable bed, good location for travel, and the beach. Very little English spoken; thank goodness for Google Translate!

Nahe Fähre nach Elba

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in wunderschönen Anwesen
Posted Sep. 15, 2023 on HomeAwayWir hatten die Erdgeschosswohnung und den besten Blick in die Natur. Der Pool war klasse, alles sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Die Lage ist für einen ruhigen Urlaub ganz wunderbar. Sehr zu empfehlen und wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

A small paradise in the Tuscany countryside, not far away from the sea

Today we returned home, frankly speaking we would like to go back by return to Casa Vacanze Ribocchi 🤗
It’s a nice place in a region full of history, old and nice villages, excellent wine & food, hospitality, sunshine, beautiful beaches ans sea.

Posted Aug. 5, 2023 on HomeAwayEigentlich war es so wie wir uns unsere Ferien vorgestellt haben. Einige Dinge sind uns aber trotz allem ein wenig negativ aufgefallen. Wenn man ein bisschen genauer hinschaut, ist die Anlage doch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, sprich, die Fliesen fallen zum Teil fast von der Wand, genau wie die Küchenzeile und Kleiderschrank. Rund um den Pool sollte man den Boden auch einmal renovieren. Abgesehen davon, ist es eine super Feriendestination und wenn Alles Instandgesetzt ist, können wir es auch ohne bedenken weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Anlage für einen entspannten Aufenthalt
Posted Jun. 18, 2022 on HomeAwayWir waren sehr zufrieden: Die Anlage ist wunderschön und gepflegt, die Ferienwohnung war einfach aber hatte alle Notwendige, die Vermieter sind sehr, sehr herzlich und sympathisch und der Pool sehr gepflegt. Man benötigt ein Auto, da die Anlage etwas abgelegen ist.
