Pros: breathtaking views, wine tasting was lovely and staff was very knowledgable and personable, Breakfast was excellent lots of options. Room was beautiful and well appointed The bed was “a true king size” as per North American standards and very comfortable. We only stayed for one night on route from Cinque Terre to Rome; We should’ve planned for two nights at least. Pool was very nice.
Also, I was contacted by staff that I had forgotten a clothing item I after we left. Most places would just not bother to contact patrons. They offered to send it to us at our next location. It was not worth it to us, but it was greatly appreciated that they put in the effort. Grazie Mille! Class act.
Cons: small thing. We had to ask for the bill three times at dinner and waited about 15 minutes.
