Very Contrasted
Publié le 16 août 2018 sur HotelsMy point of view regarding this hotel is very contrasted: Nothing to complain about my room, large comfortable and well equipped. Now, around the hotel, there's nothing around to enjoy (no restaurant to sightseeing...). So I tried 2 times to take my dinner at the hotel, starting from the 1st night when I arrived after my long trip from France and the restaurant was not available because there was an Event that reserved all the restaurant. The Reception offered me to use the room service but there's no table in the room, just a desk that I had to share between my meal and my computers...
Next day, Restaurant still available for the customers of the hotel as still reserved for an Event...
Next day, the restaurant is finally available and I took my dinner in it with a very slow service with no attention to the customer...
Last point with the reception: don't expect any smile...or I was not lucky.

The Hotel Vitória Paulínia boasts a quality service, which most of the time has met expectations. Despite our efforts, failures may occur and somehow compromise our customers' satisfaction.
Therefore, we would like to reiterate our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience we cause in not properly complying with our food service.
We commit ourselves to better orient our employees and we emphasize that internal measures will be taken so that problems like those that have occurred will not happen again.
