Good location, quiet place.
Cost x benefits I would say... it's expensive in my point of view. First floor hall is too noisy due other costumers talking. The room keys need to be validated almost every day.

É um Ibis, então já sabemos o que esperar. O que surpreendeu negativamente é que o ar condicionado simplesmente não funconava ou, quando funcionava, não esfriava nada. Isso é muito ruim para uma cidade quente como Campo Grande.

De razoável para ruim. Reclamei do ar condicionado 2 vezes e não foi resolvido, a sorte é que o tempo esfriou, pq o quarto estava muito quente na primeira noite e no primeiro dia. Sem opções de lanches ou alimentação fora do horário de café e jantar.

Café da manhã terrível com frutas estragadas e a xícara como lavada mas suja de batom. Atendimento péssimo. Instalações bem desgastadas e sem manutenção. Não recomendo !

Falta de especificação na reserva com Pet.
Não foi possível hospedar, Mesmo realizada minha reserva antecipada ao chegar não foi possível hospedar, ao realiza a reserva e verificamos que aceita Pet não especificam a necessidade da apresentação dos documentos e o mesmo não estava naquele momento e não deram nem mesmo alternativa de apresentação no checkout. Pet de porte pequeno, limpinha, dócil, sem risco algum, não usam do bom senso, nem ao menos alternativa para que pudéssemos pernoitar (isso já 2:00h) da manhã. Houve o cancelamento por parte do atendente.
