I like the location, and the staff, love the breakfast room and the food. Building needs renovation, windows too old, and make a lot noise at night , when is windy outside, like almost every night. Bed and mattress too old, and the pillows are very small and old .

Excelente localização, a recepção no balcão foi nota 7, quarto nota 10, estacionamento com manobrista (é bem cheio mas os manobristas são fenomenais, principalmente o da noite que chegamos !)

A academia fica num espaço externo do hotel, de frente ao estacionamento, o que gera insegurança e sem qualquer tipo de vestiário/banheiro, sendo que ha espaco para que fique em um ambiente melhor. O banheiro no andar da recepção também é bastante deficitário . Falta cordialidade na recepção. Já a equipe da limpeza e cozinha são ótimos.
