Chegamos um pouco antes do check in e quando nos liberaram o quarto, as camas estavam todas desarrumadas, ou seja, não haviam feito limpeza, higienização e arrumação... lamentável. Outra reclamação é com relação a ventilação no quarto (101) que é inexistente (não só deste quarto mas pelo que entendi os demais quartos que ficam abaixo do térreo são iguais). Podiam instalar pelo menos uma porta do tipo veneziana para ventilar o ambiente. Também não possui ar condicionado, apenas calefação porém como quarto é abafado nem fiz uso apesar da temperatura relativamente baixa a noite (mínima de 8 ou 9 graus). Os pontos positivos ficam com a educação dos funcionários e o café da manhã que estava muito bom. De qualquer forma não me hospedaria lá novamente.
