Wonderful finca with a large pool and barbecue kitchen near Es Trenc!

... the finca is located between Campos and Colonia Sant Jordi surrounded by meadows and fields. The natural sandy beach Es Trenc is only a few kilometers away. The towns of Campos, Ses Salines and Colonia de Sant Jordi are each within 5 kilometers. There you can get everything for everyday use.

The finca with a large pool is on a 25,334 m² flat plot, has been completely renovated and is very well equipped. In the modern kitchen you will find everything you need, and there is also a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.

Up to 8 adults can feel comfortable here. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms available, one on the upper floor of an ensuite. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with new air conditioning.

The living and dining room offers enough space and there is a music system with Ipod connection and a DVD player, as well as a large television with satellite reception. You can receive all German and the most important foreign programs. In the low season, the open fireplace creates a special atmosphere.
In our outdoor area there is a wonderful pool area with a large terrace and a pool house with summer kitchen, shower room and storage room.

Pets are also welcome with us.

Wonderful stay

Fantastic house to have a great holiday with the whole family. Quiet and very well equipped

Hosts were very helpful and very responsive in making us welcome The property is great for a large group, away from the bustle of the bigger cities. The pool got a lot of use during the heat. Would recommend and will definitely come back in the future

We had a wonderful time at the afinca! The property is exactly how it is pictured. Not pictured is the peace and quiet! We loved the location for its rural setting, but it might not be right for everyone. The owner was very responsive when we had a problem and the check in process was very smooth. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great stay

Our family of five (children aged between 9 and 14) had a fantastic time and were sad to have to return home. The finca is wonderful and the pool is fabulous. The area is great to explore, with some very nice restaurants and beaches nearby. Tanja was fantastic, with some good recommendations, and when we had a problem with the fridge, she acted immediately to make sure our stay wasn't impacted negatively.

Peace and quiet

The property gives you all possibility of peace and quiet during your holiday. Great kitchen with good appliances, pots & pans. Great pool area & outdoor kitchen, and several different outdoor dining tables depending on if you want sun or not! It was warm during our stay, but the wind was beautiful during the days and the AC a life saver during nights! The house is close to many nice beaches and small villages. Great food stores in both Ses Salines and Campos. We can really recommend the cheese store/factory across the main road from the house!! Great cheese and charming manager who was truly service minded even though we don't speak any Spanish!

Perfect

After quite a stressful summer this is exactly what we needed. Fairly remote. Not over looked at all. Very private and quiet. Great pool, great kitchen and plenty of space. There were only two of us so did not even venture upstairs as we used the bedroom on the ground floor. Nearest shops were less that 10 minutes away which was ideal for us. Drove up to Pollença which was nice. Also visited Old Alcúdia which was lovely as well. Would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic week. Lovely swimming pool and outdoor space in lovely peaceful surroundings. Colonie Saint Jordie a 5 min drive away with picturesque beaches, nice harbour and good restaurants. Can’t wait to return again soon.

Wir haben in der Finca Bluna eine mega tolle Zeit mit unseren Hunden verbracht und waren von A bis Z von allem begeistert!!! Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war top Ausstattung der Finca war ebenfalls top - es gibt dort wirklich alles, was das Herz begehrt Pool, Garten, Wohnbereiche- alles einfach nur MEGA!

Tolle Finca

Tolle Finca , Leicht zu finden und Super ausgestattet Alle Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, schöner Pool, BBQ Küche und Grill außen sind top. Auch eine extra Toilette und Dusche im Außenbereich sind vorhanden. Die Vermieter Tanja und Jürgen sind freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Sehr gut ausgestattete Finca mit schönem Pool

Wunderbare Finca. Sehr gut ausgestattet, 4 vollwertige Doppelschlafzimmer. In allen Schlafzimmern Klimaanlage. Wunderschöner großer Pool mit Liegen. Ohne Mietwagen aber aufgrund der Abgelegenheit nicht zu empfehlen (fußläufig ist quasi nichts). Supermarkt ca 10-15 min entfernt, je nachdem zu welchem man fährt. Nächster Strand ebenfalls ca 5-10 min. Die Finca liegt wirklich sehr abgelegen, aber damit auch sehr privat. Windhundfarm in der Nähe (etwas Gebell, hat uns aber nicht gestört). Self Check In als auch Check Out (die Schlüsselbox geht etwas schwerfällig, davon haben wir uns zuerst beirren lassen). Alles in allem zu empfehlen wenn man eine private schöne Finca sucht und einen Mietwagen hat.

Eine traumhafte Finca

Liebe Tanja , lieber Jürgen Wir haben eine wunderschöne und unvergessliche Woche gehabt. Die Finca ist ein Traum. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag von uns genutzt. Die vielen Sitzgelegenheiten in und um die finca sind alle genutzt worden. Das abendliche Grillen in der Barbecue- Küche mit Sicht auf den Pool mit Beleuchtung ist ein Highlight. Bei Wind konnten die Schutzplanen heruntergekurbelt werden. Der Kühl-Gefrierschrank ist groß genug für Getränke und Lebensmittel. Es waren mehr wie ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden. Die Schlüsselübergabe im Safe war einfach und dennoch gut gesichert. Wir danken für eine traumhaft schöne Woche, die wir in eurer Finca verbringen durften und kommen gerne wieder. Claudia

Super Woche in traumhafter Finca!

Wunderschöne Finca in traumhaft ruhiger Lage, tolle Ausstattung, alles vorhanden was man braucht und zudem auch sehr gut geeignet für Gäste mit Hunden! Komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück! Unbedingt Fahrzeug mitbringen... Sehr zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne finca mit allem was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Nahe gelegene Ortschaften sind sehr gut und in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

10 Tage Familienurlaub mit Freunden und zwei Kleinkindern.

Tanja & Jürgen waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer schnell erreichbar. Haben sogar im Vorfeld nochmal ein extra Kinderbett für uns organisiert. Die Finca ist sehr schön mit einem gepflegten Garten und Außenbereich. Die Lage ist super! Bei der Sauberkeit gibt es leider ein paar Punkte Abzug, hier muss der Putzdienst nach dem Auszug von Mietern vielleicht nochmal etwas gründlicher sein. Auch einige Küchenutensilien sollten vielleicht ersetzt oder gereinigt werden. Alles im allen aber ein super Aufenthalt mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Gastgebern.

Super Finca, einziger Punkt zu beachten ist, dass definitiv ein Mietwagen benötigt wird, da fußläufig keine Einkaufsläden in der nähe sind.

Es hat alles prima gepasst, die Lage der Finca war für unsere Bedürfnisse Perfekt. Die Qualität des Objektes als solches ist prima, und sehr geräumig. Sehr wertvoll war die Ausstattung mit den Klimaanlagen in allen Räumen. Wir haben viele tolle Stunden am Pool, im Pool Haus und der Terrasse vor dem Hausverbracht. Die Kritik anderer Bewertungen, das vieles im Objekt von IKEA ist, sehen wir absolut nicht als Problem. Es ist alles da, es passt alles .. Wir hatten keinerlei Gründe zu Meckern.

Perfekter Ort für Urlaub mit Freunden & Familie

Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und haben sich um all unsere Anliegen sofort gekümmert! Die Ausstattung der Finca war super, von Küchenutensilien bis Pool/Bade Ausstattung. Einziges Manko: der Strom fiel gelegentlich aus (was auf Mallorca wohl normal ist) und wir hatten hin und wieder Probleme mit der Wasserpumpe, was aber meist schnell behoben war. Eine Anleitung, wie man mit technischen Problemen umzugehen hat, wäre sicherlich hilfreich gewesen. Alles in allem würden wir die Finca aber jederzeit wieder buchen!
