If you want a good night sleep might be worth it to pay more for a room. Train is constantly blowing it's horn, walls are pretty thin can hear the neighbors snoring, could of been cleaner...

For serving food there was no plate, spoon, fork and other tools. TV seemed to be not connected to the cable device properly or there was a problem in one of the devices so that I could not use TV. Other things were good.

The room was very cold when we first got it there was no heat on, the floors never warmed up, blood stain on one of the pillows. The door chain lock was broken

Was unable to get ahold of the manager when the toilet would not flush and the shower backed up with sewer water. The bed was comfy but there was dust everywhere. There's a power shortage in the wall plug ins. It only powers the coffee machine at certain times. Which is extremely annoying. There is also no fan in the bathroom. Which gives reason why the bathroom ceiling is falling apart from the moisture of the shower being on from guests. All the towels in the bathrooms

Upon arrival for checking in, we arrived at the lobby as instructed; There was a paper posted saying to head to the bar inorder to get a hold of a staff member. However, when we arrived to the bar next-door, the only person inside was a patron in the lounge, there was no staff inside. We looked around the bar (staff rooms and bathrooms. Eventually the patron noticed that we were looking around confused and offered us a hand. He suggested we head out to the back door to see if they were all out there. They were so we asked if we could check in the process with me and the rest of the state was great
