Excellent staff, when entered our room, somebody had previously smoked in it………..REALLY PEOPLE,ITS NO SMOKING…………..anyhow, they changed our rooms, no problem

Staff was great to deal with. The room on the other hand was not worth the money spent. Walls and floors are super thin, you can hear conversations through the walls and if someone is walking around you’ll think they are in your room. Linens were ripped and old. Asked for a replacement and it was ripped worse than the original ones. The shower floor was weak and felt like it was going to fall through the floor. The restaurant was horrible, the food was cold and undercooked. Would not recommend this place at all.
