FAKE LISTING ON HOTELS.COM

Our booking was processed without any problems and payment taken but the property never received our booking, they said they don't use Hotels.com and that they've had problems with this fake listing over the past few days. Long story short - we were charged but we had to stay at another place as this one was fully booked.
