Not staying here again!

Hmmm, I have stayed on this hotel a few times now and unfortunately this time I have to say that it had gone downhill a bit. The staff are not very friendly or helpful and some are quite rude. My bikini was stolen from my balcony & they just laughed and said they’d checked the cctv & no one stole it, basically calling me a liar. I asked to look t the cameras but they said no. Not enough sunbeds at the pool area. The rooms are lovely though and the whole hotel is very clean.

It deeply troubles me to learn about the issues you faced with our staff's attitude and the unfortunate incident regarding your missing belongings. I appreciate your understanding regarding the investigation into the missing bikini. We conducted an inquiry with our team to address the behavioural concerns you raised. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain a conclusive result. In our efforts to provide clarity, we attempted to reach out to you on WhatsApp to understand whom you spoke to. Additionally, we made all available means to track the bikini with our team and through CCTV. However, it appears that your room was not clearly covered by our existing cameras.Regarding the availability of sunbeds in the pool area, your feedback has been duly noted. While sunbeds are sometimes in high demand, and availability is on a first-come, first-served basis due to space constraints, we will assess the possibility of increasing their numbers to enhance the guest experience.On a positive note, I'm pleased to hear that you found the rooms to be lovely and the overall cleanliness of the hotel satisfactory.Please be assured that we take your feedback seriously, and I will personally address these issues with our team to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Decent 3 star hotel just off the main road and less than 5 minutes walk from the main Palolem beachfront. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good - the breakfast buffet offering is quite wide-ranging and good quality. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. Only downside is the bathrooms don’t have external windows so get very sticky and hot! Nice gym, pool and spa also on site.

The team was perfect, room perfect, But was a lot of noise coming from the roof all the day and night , even when I complained on 1:00ap it not stop. It impossible to slip in this hotel because of the noise . Good points for the hotel is the service of the team , the rooms and the clean

Very nice modern hotel close to beach (5 min walk) and on Main Street next to shops and local restaurants. Pool area was clean and pool attendants present Breakfast was ok but overall service very good. Hotel has a small but nice bar area Staff all extremely helpful
