Nasty
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayAll I can say is NO, this place should not be able to be a vacation rental, it is nasty. Nasty . We rented for 3 days left after one. Spiders, cockroachs and mice, the carpet is so nasty looks like it came from a gas station bathroom. Gross, gross is all I can say. Do NOT rent this. The pictures they show on line is NOT the same. They are from a long long time ago . It is a run down shack now.

BED BUGS
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayTwo weeks before we came there was a review about bed bugs I wish I would have seen! I took video & pictures of the bed bugs & sent them to the owner. We didn’t even stay one night because luckily we found them before sleeping there. Owner was very nice & apologized & issued us a refund. I would not stay there until this issue gets resolved. Also, there is a hole in the tub under the mat that needs to be fixed.

Professional exterminators from Pro Kil have thoroughly treated the entire property, ensuring that every area is free from any critters. Additionally, all linens and bedding have been washed in hot water and dried twice in a hot dryer to further eliminate any potential concerns. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: -I understand the concern, and I’m truly sorry for any inconvenience caused as I have experienced dealing with bedbugs and know it's not a good time.- After personally evaluating the property, there were no signs of bedbugs, it's possible to have encountered chiggers or mosquitoes, but I assure you there were no bedbugs.-I found a full box of trash bags in the cabinet beside the trash can, along with two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. Lake Trip

The WiFi was kind of terrible but I’m sure that has to do with the service. Boat slip was amazing. Made it a breeze parking the boat

House on the lake

The boat slip was such a great thing to have. The porch was our favorite place. Roomy and comfy to visit with everyone. The air conditioners are amazing and you will definitely not get hot in that house.

Card players 6 weekend getaway.

Loved all the things provided and the lake view and you just might see as we did 8 deer of different ages just looking at you as you are taking pictures of them eating.
