we visited over Christmas! The house was adorable! We loved the bedroom upstairs, very open and comfy! You can tell so much thought was put into every detail of the house! The only bathroom is upstairs in the loft bedroom that could be an issue if you had bad knees or mobility problems. It was perfect for what we needed though. The kitchen was stocked perfectly with new everything! The hot tub was fabulous and they had it ready to go for us upon arrival! Overall great experience!

We should have read the amenities of the house more carefully
The house was very clean and easy to cook in. There was no bathroom on the first floor where my husband and I stayed so we had to walk up through our friends bedroom to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The stairs are very thin and steep, and my husband fell down the stairs in the wee hours waking our friends up. We are grateful that he was not hurt too bad, but we definitely should have read the listing better before we booked it.

Everything was very nice. We loved the deck and used the grill. The ability to walk to everything restaurants/bars/ice cream/canoeing - it was perfect. I had read comments about the traffic noise. Certainly it was a busy street during the day but it quieted down at night. The ability to walk everywhere was worth any noise. We had fun and thoroughly enjoyed our weekend away.

Darling house but too many bugs
The house is adorable but the house had too many bugs. I killed about 10 earwig bugs the first night and many others along with several daddy long letters. The owner did say she would have a pest company come spray but I didn’t want to breathe the fumes/chemicals all weekend.

What a beautifully decorated home, very clean, comfortable beds! Host was quick to respond to messages. Perfectly located in town, walking distance to so many places; ice cream, candy store, bike shops, outdoors store, canal boat rides (when in season). We would definitely come back.

Birthday Bash
We were in town for my daughter's birthday and this house was the perfect location to parks, ice cream, restaurants and a quick drive to HOF. It also was striking distance to Cleveland so it served well as an headquarters for our trip. Audrey was incredibly attentive in communication and very accommodating! The house is exactly as pictured and others have reviewed! The decor was classic & neutral (served well to add some pink decorations for a 3 year old to feel special on her day!) The beds were very comfortable so for our week long stay we were thrilled! The deck was beautiful and although we didn't use the hot tub (felt rather exposed to traffic driving by and neighbors) we had some 70 degree days that were perfect for having drinks and lunch on the deck! The two things that other guests hit the nail on the head with was the street noise of passing traffic which was (at times) very heavy and loud, and the fact that there is no bathroom on the main floor. (Children potty training or elderly could struggle with the stairs to get to the loft bathroom). We found the kitchen adequately stocked, however for a week long stay we did cook and bake and found that a few more knives and kitchen towels may be helpful. This house really was unique and cozy and we would stay again if in the area!

We needed just a one night break, some place nearby to relax from doing our home renovation and found this place. It was very clean and has a quaint decor. We braved the chilly night air and enjoyed the hot tub. Although the noise from the traffic was a little loud at times, overall it was a very nice and relaxing experience. Thank you!

Valentine’s celebration!! Loved it ! Beautiful! Loved the kitchen! Just a couple things. There really need to b a powder room down stairs and curtains on all the windows would b add to privacy and a handle on inside of bathroom sliding door would b nice. I smashed my hand a couple times. We went to Canal Fulton Grille for drinks then ordered wings & pizza from Pratoes pizza which was excellent!! It was cold & raining so couldn’t walk much but very cute & busy town. Thx for the experience!!

The 5 Star farmhouse was a wonderful place to stay, and I believe any time we are in the area, we will stay again! We come to Canton to go to Carrabas and Mennards and travel 2 1/2 hours to get there. This time we brought friends and had lots of laughs. This property has all you need for your stay, is very clean , the beds are very comfy, and is exactly like the pics. We had a little trouble finding it, as the sign for the street you turn down was not there.....but well worth it, when we did.
