A Great Stay in Canandaigua
Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful time in the finger lakes at this very clean and comfortable vacation home. We used it as our central point for the Musselman 1/2 Ironman competition, wine tasting, and hiking. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly and the towns we visited were great. We even went horseback riding at Painted Bar Stables down in Burdett. The area has a lot to offer and the home was great.

Short Getaway

Michelle was easy to reach and was helpful with suggestions for restaurants, trails, wineries, water access, and much more. We had our dog with us and the neighborhood provided for great walking. Would highly recommend a stay at Wildflower.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the convenient proximity to all the activities we had planned.
The home itself was beautifully maintained, with ample space for our family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living areas inviting, and the kitchen well-equipped for preparing meals together.
What truly set this property apart was its location. Situated near everything we wanted to do, we were able to easily access attractions, restaurants, and shops without spending hours in transit. It made our vacation feel effortless and allowed us to make the most of our time.

Great relaxing weekend

Vacation at the lake
Publié le 16 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was nice, clean and well maintained. The owners provided a lot of amenities that make the trip easier. Games, bed sheets, towels, etc.
Lake access was not quite what I expected. The beach was further from the house than I had expected and we ended up not using the beach. The other two access points for the lake (close to the house) were ok for swimming but no real beach was there. The lake was really clean which is great for swimming.

Glad you enjoyed the house and the amenities! I’m sorry if there was confusion about the lake access. As stated, there are 3, rocky, neighborhood lake access areas perfect for swimming, bringing a floatie, relaxing, picnicking, etc. There is a public, sandy beach less than one mile from the house for those who wish to play in the sand. Glad to hear you enjoyed the cleanliness of the lake!
