Le site a besoin de rénovation. Le lit était confortable et pas vu d'insete nuisible. Il est situé en face d'un petit mall. A notre arrivé, la réceptionniste (Jennifer) était très gentille et nous a référer de bon resto.

Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was very run down. Clean but very worn out. The woman at the front desk was nice enough but took forever to get us a room even though the place was deserted. We checked in then went to a wedding. After seeing the several sketchy people hanging around the parking lot and lobby upon our return, we opted to just drive all the way home rather than sleep there. I would not recommend this place.

Hi Brian, First thank you for finding our hotel clean. However, I do have to disagree with you regarding our "sketchy" ppl. I not only had a wonderful corporate crew staying here but also 30 rooms were booked for the Rochester School of Deaf volleyball tournament. I am not sure which group were more "sketchier" than the other, but I would like to note as the General Manager I do not allow anyone to stay in my hotel that would be a nuisance to another guest. Publié le 7 oct. 2024 sur HotelsTo start we didn’t have a working fridge, half the room had no lighting, bath tub was a little clogged we had to turned the water off from time to time while in the shower. The room door didn’t look safe and secured we had to put a luggage behind the door just to hear if anyone tried to open the door. We was just looking for a room just for the night and this was not what we expected.
