Very Nice Place!!!

Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor.
Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return... Thanks so much!

DISAPPOINTING
Publié le 20 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was nice, spacious, and appeared to be everything we would need. However, our hosts charged us an extra fee ($75) for our "violations." We went above and beyond to clean everything before the 10:00 am deadline. All three bathrooms were cleaned and the garbage bags were collected by the door. With four adults from Thursday to Sunday, we committed the horrible sins of leaving food behind, using too many towels and moving an umbrella three feet. We have stayed in VRBO's before in PA and never had anything like this happen to us. This was our first VRBO in New York. I guess we will be going back to PA.

Michael, You left the house in disarray and dirtied 20 towels and 10 hand towels numerous washcloths in a few-day stay. You left every single light in the house on and the heat up to 80, moved all the furniture around and left us to have to dispose of food from the refrigerator. This cost us extra work in labor and overhead to prepare the house in time for the next visitors. This is not a hotel. It is somebody's home that you violated. In the three years that I've hosted I have not had to deal with anything this bad and $75 was generous considering it took two people 5 hours to clean when it normally takes one person 3 hours. I personally had to come roll my sleeves up and help clean up the disaster area. Your retaliation review is not appreciated. You're welcome.

Wonderful home

They provide all instructions and directions to make your trip excellent. Absolutely gorgeous views. Wish we had a few more days to stay and enjoy! Guess we will have to plan to come back. We even had deer in yard. The owner was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly. They ensure their guests have a great experience by providing everything you could need. One of the cleanest, nicest homes we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful and Relaxing

Lake Stay
