Guest access
- You’ll have access to the entire property, so it will feel like your own home.
- The keys will be left in a lockbox onsite. We will send you the access code 2 days prior to your arrival through the booking portal.
- There are no stairs outside the property.
Other things to note
- On-site parking available for 2 cars.
- The Apartment is located on the 11th floor. You will need the FOB to gain access to this level in the lift. The pool, gym and barbeque area are located on the 5th floor. Please use it in accordance with the strata management rules and be respectful of others. The pool/BBQ area is open to use from 6 am to 10 pm daily and the gym is open for 24hr use. Use of glass in any common area in the building is prohibited due to the work, health and safety risks that this presents. There are CCTV cameras present outside the apartment in the Common Property areas of the building.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.
- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.
- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
- No pets allowed.
- We can provide a high-chair and travel cot for baby if you need.
