For me it is ok. The room itself is great, just the inconvenience that the toilet and shower outside the room. For the price seeing that it is a shared bathroom I think is a bit expensive seeing that other motel on the price range offer it’s own bathroom.
Overall it is a pleasant stay

This was last minute accommodation when the area was almost solid booked. At the price point not a lot was expected and good for anyone on a budget The rooms have shared bathroom ensuites that were quite clean and had a decent facelift, although once someone has a shower the entire floor is wet to access toilets as there were no floor mats. Bed was comfortable enough. This establishments rooms are on the third floor, so if you have mobility issues or trouble carrying bags up stairs this isn’t the place for you. The issue we experienced here was simply zero airflow in the room. You cannot open a window at all to allow fresh air, and the room had such a strong smell that hit you when you walked in. You could not escape the strong chemical fragrance smell, and made us feel light headed and stuffy. It was like a strong sprayed on fragrance smell. So strong that even our unworn clothes from our bags had to be washed to get the smell out. We stayed for 1 night, and only due to the smell could not have stayed any longer.

We are sorry you didn't enjoy your recent stay with us.We provide bath towels, hand towels and bath mats to every individual room for our guests to use within our facilities. We are listed as being only stairway accessible due to our hotel being heritage listed.With the height of our hotel building we unfortunately do not have windows that open as it affects the air conditioning unit servicing the rooms, also as our rooms are on the third floor the closed windows prevent falls from potentially happening.

Very close to the Queanbeyan train station, across from a bus stop, nice family atmosphere. I felt very safe there. The staff were always friendly and welcoming.

Didn't know what to expect but wow. From friendly staff, the clean room and amenities, everything was great. The bed was the best, I love a firm mattress. Special note, it is a pub so there is going to be noise from everyone having a fun night out. As expected. Would book again.
