We had a family room accomodating 2 adults and 3 children, disappointing that there was no microwave or toaster available and no cutlery or crockery, whilst a kettle and coffee mugs were available as well as instant coffee and tea bags, there wasn’t any teaspoons or UHT milk to be able to make a simple coffee/tea.
We also had a broken bedside lamp, broken hairdryer and very squeaky top bunk bed that woke us all anytime my son moved.
We liked the location and would stay again if such items were available in a family room, as it would make the stay more comfortable.

The room looked nothing like the photo on the website i found 2 cockroachs on the bench and no milk in the fridge for coffee
The breakfast was probably the most enjoyed

Not the Ritz, but a great place to stay very comfortable, good food, cold drinks, really friendly and helpful staff, our go to place now for all our visits and reps visits to the ACT

Not very clean. There were used tissue and candy wrapper beside our beds.
Toilet tissue container broken.
Carpet is dusty.

Shower was like an elephant watering on me. Bar Fridge didn’t work at all initially and manager rectified with another fridge. What else can be said cheap accomodation in Canberra. So expectations were already low.
