The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and professional. The location was ideal for amenities and public transport to other parts of Canberra.

Great property

Great value for money and great property. Everything in the room as described. The only thing I would like them to improve was in terms of breakfast which is provided was not up to Mercure standard as it's being served by club next door. Thanks

The furnishings are beautiful in the room. Everything is modern, fresh and clean.

Breakfast was terrible, food was cold and some Bain Marie's empty even though we were there at 7.30am. Coffee was disgusting, juice was powdered with water, whole dining experience was awful.

Goid and bad

The desk clerk was not overly friendly utapoeared efficient. The hotel is attached to a club where breakfast is provided for a cost. There is no room service which I had expected. Otherwise hotel was clean and spacious. There was a pillow menu which I welcomed. We only stayed one night as planned. I did not enjoy using technology for the compendium. I wouldn't stay there again.
