Highway traffic noise.
Posted Apr. 30, 2024 on HotelsFirst time visit. Although the description days Lake View, it’s more like in front of the busy highway. If you're light sleepers, I would not recommend this as it gets quite noisy at nights due to fast traffic right outside.

Prior to arrival no one answered the phone while trying over 3 hours to confirm or booking , Great looking building but the lack of service at front desk check in along with the terrible effort within the room ie furnishing is all disappointing , we have stayed in both the hotel and apartment style at the Ovolo Canberra
We have recently also stayed at the QT hotel across the road ... both deserve a poor review
We will give the Hyatt a go next time

Very smelly without aircon. Hand towel might not be clean version. I will not stay again. First time will be the last time.
