The staff are lovely however many rookie errors in place:- Room not prepped to requirements Room not serviced at all for a two night stay Food was average at best No cheese on the continental buffet

Never dine there. They are v expensive and the portion size was not enough to fill my tummy. Bloody Rip off

The staff were a little rude when it came to breakfast organisation. We also asked for Cots and front desk one of the staff members always said it’s not their department. But worst of all, inside the draws in the kitchen is all u cleaned food scrap and bread crumbs.
