Resort was excellent it’s a distanced away from everything and transportation is expensive cab ride one way to night life was 50 dollars . they said there a private resort so uber can drop off but not pick up idk didn’t make sense to me. Dinning was a 5/5 only thing I would ask for is more lunch or breakfast options and for them to update the app a few of the hours of operations of dining were off. Great resort if you don’t plan to leave and just enjoy the all inclusive

This is still a fairly new resort. Upon completion it will be really nice. It would be nice to have more things for teens to do outside. Most of the activities are for children. We had great poolside service.

Our experience was tarnished during our visit to Veranda Italian Restaurant two nights before our departure. This incident left us deeply disappointed and overshadowed the otherwise positive aspects of our stay. We arrived at Veranda at our reserved time. Despite waiting for over ten minutes, no server approached us to provide water or menus. Initially, I assumed the restaurant was busy, but upon looking around, I noticed several empty tables and staff setting nearby tables. They showed no intention of serving us. After another few minutes, I called the hostess over to express my concern. She apologized and directed a nearby waiter to attend to us. The sever brought menus and took our order for pizza, seafood pasta, orange juice, and wine. However, after delivering our food, he made no further efforts to serve us. Throughout the meal, I noticed the waiter providing attentive service to caucasian and local guests while completely ignoring us. I tried to call him multiple times, even waving to get his attention, but he deliberately avoided eye contact. This behavior was humiliating, and it became evident that we were being discriminated against because of our ethnicity. Feeling frustrated and unwelcome, my family and I left the restaurant without finishing our meal. The distress from this incident disrupted our sleep, and the next day, our pre-booked a fishing trip was ruined as we felt unwell throughout.

Very under staffed. Dinner reservations were very late, between 8-9pm. This was due to being understaffed. Resort is clean and beautiful. The water bouncy obstacle was very disorganized.

Nice hotel it’s not finished yet too far from everything else and they don’t offer free transportation to and from the airport which is 5 miles away. You can either pay $66 for shuttle or $50 for a taxi.

The property was beautiful and very clean. I love that every room was oceanfront. The staff was extremely nice and professional. The spa was perfect. My family enjoyed all of the different activities and restaurants. We loved that we had reservations to try different cuisine for dinner and the buffet was great for breakfast and lunch.

This resort looks for every opportunity to squeeze every extra dollar from you possible. They can't seem to communicate well internally, so you end up wasting hours and hours working through what should be simple items. Their spa sold us a package that wasn't covered with our hotel credits (and then wouldn't rectify the situation) as well as their transportation team (front door) would always find ways to charge you more than what you should be paying for taxis.

The property just opened six months ago, it was not ready for the holiday rush, and it was understaffed. Many amenities were not available. We felt bad because we could see the staff was working really hard, but because they were understaffed, there was just not enough staff to go around for the amount of people at the hotel. Rooms were not automatically cleaned every day. I had to call four times to get someone to come and just pick up dishes and the garbage from our room. They had a New Year’s Eve event that we all had to register for, and it was very unorganized very understaffed, and the food was that of a very bad convention. I would not recommend this hotel for at least another year until they work out the kinks of such a big property and how to staff it at the right levels for the type of expense It is to go there
