Owner wouldn't answe his phone for service. Put down wrong name, and wouldn't answer phone so I couldn't get through gate. Had to wait an hour and a half. No bed change in 8 days, towels changed out once the whole time. Said beach front property, and soak tub. Soak tub didn't work and was cracked, and moldy. And wasn't beach front. Was on the 3 rd floor. Had a nice view though. Nice plaza with a good pool, and restaraunt.. a co little store to get items in plaza.

The property owner misrepresented the property. There was no working safe when we arrived and for the entirety of our stay the balcony door would not lock. The electronic door key stopped working and we were locked out of our room with only swimsuits. It took over 4 hours to reach the owner and does not have any emergency procedure at the property. We had to sleep in a different room the first night with only our swimsuits. Our passports and all our belongings were locked in the room that even the owner could not access. It took until 1pm the next afternoon to fix the door. We missed my 50th birthday dinner and our activity the next day due to this issue. We were not reimbursed for any of the issues. There was no housekeeping daily. We did not receive clean towels until the 5th day and after repeatedly asking. We even had to take a bus to the store and purchase toilet tissue because the owner kept saying housekeeping was coming and they never did. We were only issued 1 room key and when my daughter accidentally locked it in the room the owner wanted us to pay him to come let us into the room. I was in a foreign country with an 11 year old child and barely slept for 6 nights for feeling unsafe. This was an absolute horrible experience and I am disappointed VRBO and Expedia for allowing properties like this. Had we canceled the 1st night we would have lost all of our money as the property was non-refundable. Our birthdays and my 10 year cancer anniversary were ruined.

Blijkbaar hebben we dubbel betaald zonder dat we het wisten Ik dacht voor die prijs mag het wat fatsoenlijk zijn maar nee : oud en versleten Weinig lampen die branden en een douche met een kleine waterstraal ??? Normaal doe ik niet moeilijk want ik weet : mensen zijn er om in t zak gezet te worden Gefrustreerde groeten uit Mexico , we zetten onze reis verder hier met hopelijk betere accomodaties
