The place itself is modern, spotlessly clean, and the air conditioning runs cold—an absolute must for a beach getaway. The home strikes a perfect balance between comfort and vacation vibes, making it feel like your own little escape. With beach access right from the back door, it’s hard to beat the convenience.
One thing to note: security here is extremely tight, and no guests are allowed on the property, not even just to visit or look. This could be a pro for those seeking privacy or a con if you’re hoping to host friends. You can add individuals later, but at an extra cost if they weren’t added at the start. Overall, it’s an incredible spot for a peaceful and private beach retreat!

Great stay
Publié le 5 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great stay at Nancy's condo. It's right on the beach which was very quiet compared to the neighboring hotels. The check in process is easy and they have simplified their wifi login to a QR code. We really appreciated the air conditioning and filtered water provided as it was extremely hot during our stay. The location of the condo is quite convenient with restaurants, convenience stores, business stop, and taxis nearby.

Lovely apartment and impressive customer service
Publié le 21 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed 5 nights here and I loved every single minute! This apartment is located on the lagoon side of Cancun at a 5 minute walk to the ferry to isla mujeres, good restaurants and mini markets short walking distance as well.
Most of all, it’s quiet, calm and relaxing right on the beach which is just what I needed.
The customer service is absolutely fantastic! They will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met.

Wonderful Cancun property on the beach

La plus belle plage du coin
Publié le 24 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayLa plage de l'établissement est la plus belle et la mieux entretenue du coin. C'était formidable d'y accéder directement via la porte patio. Lorsqu'il pleuvait, nous étions presque toujours sur la terrasse puisqu'elle est couverte et qu'elle atténue les grands vents. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié: le calme du condo, le café moulu et le bidon d'eau potable offerts dès l'arrivée, la climatisation efficace, le boyau d'arrosage pour nettoyer le sable sur les pieds, situé directement sur la terrasse, la proximité des restaurants (à 8 min. de marche), l'hospitalité du personnel et la sécurité des lieux. Seul bémol; le bruit des bâteaux à moteur et l'écho de la musique des hôtels riverains à certains moments de la journée. Le condo était propre, confortable et la vue splendide !

Karina was there to greet us on our arrival and was very nice, showed us around and answered any questions we had. Nancy, the owner was very helpful with the whole process and answered all our questions. The beach is wonderful and very peaceful, it was not crowded at all. I loved that the condo is walking distance from restaurants and shops, everything you need is a short walk away. Thank you Nancy for a marvelous stay, we will definitely be back!

Hidden Treasure

The best location directly on the beach as the end unit offered the peaceful and quiet environment that I was seeking; and the modern design along with being fully equipped with the amenities provided all the comfort needed for my 7 day visit. The fully equipped kitchen for preparing my own meals when I wanted was great to have and enjoying them on the cute private deck even better. The comfortable bedroom and bed with an amazing view of the ocean was amazing and we enjoyed the peaceful and quiet beach right outside the door equipped with lounge chairs etc for guests only; yet being able to walk the beach stretch exploring activities. The location also was close enough to visit downtown and walk to one of the best massage services I ever received and dine on good red snapper. The host Nancy was very responsive and informative along with her team who made check in/out a very smooth transition and provided detailed information immediately on any questions. It you are looking for a quiet safe getaway to relax yet be close enough for activities and shopping, this hidden treasure is it. I can’t wait to return as it is my new go to place when wanting to take a quick trip to Cancun.
