Staff is amazing very friendly. Food was excellent. Very healthy and fresh. Facility was very clean. Rooms are very comfortable. my sister and I miss the green juice. They have very fun activities.. Karaoke dance parties, bingo volleyball. Favorite things were hammocks on the beach. The staff was right there with frozen drinks or whatever your needs were.

Many inconsistancies with what was described in ad. Renovations were noisy and created changes in eating locations creating cramped. Language was a problem. English is not communicated well when trying to get assistance. For seniors the mutiple up and down steps created tripping hazards. We enjoyed ourseleves but heard complaints from many others.

This resort requires you to have an open mind when it comes to the dining in the buffet area. We made two dinner reservations one for the BBQ and one sushi (both excellent)They have a Pina colada dining area by the pool and the food is great. (They have chicken fingers that were delicious that we discovered on the last day) The selection at the buffet is not a wide spread like we are use to when traveling but what you can put together if you use your open mind to what is being served you can have an excellent meal. They will make any kind of eggs you like, omelette, sunny side etc. Again like I mentioned if you can put a meal together you will have a great meal. We stayed in the family suite which needs small upgrades. It accommodated my family of 7. They have 2 California king size beds and two twin and two full size. They do not have a microwave but the fridge was stacked with drinks. The hotel’s property is 8/10. They have an area where bats fly and the bats poop is on the floor and splattered on the wall and it’s visible. (We saw one bat at night, nothing to worry about. It was just the seeing the poop all over the floor and wall was disturbing. That is why I give it a 8/10. The staff is ALL excellent and friendly. There is a taxi guy outside his name is Freddy he is trusty worthy. He drove me and my family to dinner and when we were done he picked us up, drove us to the market and brought us back safely. There is a walking distance ATM. Local stores. Have Fun!!

The property wasn’t that big but it was beautiful. The standard room was very small you couldn’t walk without banging into the furniture. The shower was the size of small closet amd it had a very small curtain. My room was upgraded and I got a two bedroom room. Beautiful and big. The water from the shower was cold. I have to praise the staff. They were excellent. The staff was very nice and their service was excellent. They cleaned my room everyday. In the dining room and pool staff was excellent. They were constantly asking if I needed anything. The food from the hotel was very good . The only complain I have it’s the entertainment. They don’t have shows. They only have karaoke and a singer to perform three times a week. The singer was great. The hotel it’s at the end of zona hotelera away from others hotels and everything. Nothing around! You have to take a bus to go anywhere. The beach was small but it was kept nice and clean. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas around to seat and the servers were constantly bringing you food and drinks if you asked. Excellent staff and service. There was fun by the pool with games, Zumba, volleyball, etc. Again I praised the staff. Excellent service!

Staff was great. Enrique, Javier, Alejandro in particular were really great with our kids, but all the staff was friendly and helpful. The activities like kareoke and pool Zumba were fun. The hotel is older and was undergoing some maintenance but it’s kept really clean and having the family suite was great for our family. The food was good and there was variety so my kids all found stuff like liked. The hotel is located pretty far away from areas where they have activities and excursions. It was about a 2-3 hour drive to Tulum so we ended up just hanging out at the hotel most the trip. Overall we had a great time and it was good value for money!

Husband and I stayed for 6 days for an anniversary trip. We had a wonderful time. It's not the biggest and best all inclusive, but we were willing to look past some minor inconveniences. The staff was excellent, Alejandro and Alex were excellent bartenders, had us laughing and drinks always in our hands. Check in/out was seamless, the concierge was happy and helpful. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The bed and pillows were great. The ferry to Isla Mujeres was a quick 10 min walk. The food was plentiful and a great selection. We ate dinner down the street most nights at the roadside taco stand which was delicious. The Temptations hotel next door was always crazy loud and foam flying everywhere. We suggest bringing your own packable towel, it came in handy for excursion, as well as we never had a facecloth, hand towel, or bath mat in our room. The hotel always seemed to be low on beach towels and clean cups for auga fresca. Very minor. We enjoyed the quiet pool in the center of the hotel over the beachfront one that had alot of children. Construction was being done beside that pool but we did not mind. We did not use the reservation restaurants during our stay, we were more than happy with the cafeteria. Easy taxi ride down to Coco Bongo area, that place is crazy! There's always cold drinks in the room fridges, and bottled water that was a great perk. We definitely recommend this hotel, and would consider it again next year!

The staff are excellent!!!! Alex and Alejandro go above and beyond to make you feel special. Everyone is so friendly here. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my family. The only thing i would ask to change is having more Mexican food options, less international buffet

We aren’t picky people, but this is one of the worst places we have stayed. Rated a 4.5-5 star, that’s a joke. Staff in dinning buffet is horrible, food was horrible, we had to constantly ask to have our fridge replaced with water and juice. Maid service didn’t show a few times, we had to ask for fresh towels to shower on those days. Very few staff were friendly and polite. No blankets on the beds, again we had to request basic necessities. The beach isn’t great at all. The pool area was good and the staff running the daily activities were good. Very friendly and welcoming. To be honest, if my husband and I were by ourselves we would have left after 2. And nothing for kids, the kiddie area is very run down and subpar at best. No coffee bar, it’s listed that they have one, they don’t. The bar service was again not great, I’ve never seen staff so unfriendly. 1 extra dining hall that is reservations only, but so small it fills up quickly. If you can get in, that was good food and good service. We will never go back to this place and I’ll warn everyone I know. It’s too bad, has alot of potential, but not run properly at all

The property itself was great. Food was mediocre at best. Actually worst all-inclusive food we've experienced. One member of our party got dysentery from eating raw food which we've never experienced before. Pools are very nice. Entertainment staff were fun. It's not a place we would stay again simply because of food--you can do better.

There are no restaurants on this property! For meals there is a small cafe like buffet. Breakfast you can get fresh eggs made your way. For a resort the food is a 2 at best. Gift shop is triple in price, use pharmacies across the street. Staff and bartenders were friendly and attentative to all. This hotel is not on the coast and you can not get in the water here. We traveled several times up and down Hotel Zona to access better food, shopping, and beaches using the bus.

Property is beautiful. There is only one restaurant that’s actually an all you can eat, the other restaurants are limited orders per person. There isn’t 5 restaurants, it’s 3 restaurants with different special nights like Italian night bbq and sushi night. That’s about it. Staff are very kind.
