Very clean, rooms are comfortable and with good beds. Only negative is trying to get here from the Tran Maya. I tried to book shuttle in advance from the airport, as there are free shuttles to the airport. They responded saying I couldn't pre-book and it could take up to an hour. I wasn't sure if they used Whatsapp and did not want to wait an hour, so I ended up taking a taxi. Taxi from train was a lot cheaper than the airport so for 400 pesos. Hopefully you will be able to have the shuttle to the train as the train gets more popular

A night before flight

I had a very short stay but for the price of the room i was not wow-ed. The bathroom smelled and the garbage was not taken out prior to my arrival. The location being proximal to the airport is very convenient especially with the 24hr shuttle but the hotel itself was average.

Hotel is in good condition and staff was excellent. Pool was nice. Wish it was a tad bit warmer in the water though. But overall hotel is great! Ideal location close to Cancun airport and the new tren Maya but definitely wouldn't venture out into the local areas nearby. Taxi driver said it was unsafe. And we are very experienced travellers in Mexico so I'll take his word for that. But the hotel was well taken care of. Would stay there again if I had an early flight or late flight.

I was provided fast shuttle to the hotel and back to the airport. My first room had a horrible sewage smell. I asked if all rooms like that. They moved me to another room that was a bit better but small still was there. I was awaken a few times early in the morning by loud noises in the hall room. I ate lunch and dinner there. It was too expensive, poor quality, and had stomach pain afterwards. Breakfast buffet was included, but it was so unsanitary and unhealthy, that I didn’t touch it.

Room was very smelly and bathroom sink was overflowing. That hotel has serious plumbing issue. Hall way carpet was dirty. Room service came and start banging on the door at 8am to clean room.Terrible place to live with money. for one night we paid USD 230. Breakfast area was nice but breakfast was bad.
