Great property for people on a budget. Everyone was very friendly during our entire stay and this was our second time to this resort. Download the app if you want to make dinner reservations as that was the only thing that I didn't know prior to our trip.

While the room was spacious and clean that's about all I can say that was good. Immediately upon check in we were told to download your app to make dinner reservations but no reservations were available for the duration of our stay ... had to get a concierge to make reservations then they were not at the time we requested (6:30pm) even though the restaurants had more than sufficient capacity. Not under your control but construction next door started before 8am and went til after 6pm. Food - with the exception of breakfast omelets and MarcoPolo ala carte appetizers - was warm at best. Liquor selection was bottom shelf and no options for wine selection. Fifth floor hallway also under construction / elevators were very slow. Late check out was not available. Employees were hot and cold - some friendly and other definitely had an attitude. I would not recommend this hotel.

We’ve been to this property a couple times and this time was very disappointing. They were building a new hotel next to it so the building was so tall it blocked all the sun in the pool. Pool heater wasn’t working so water was freezing. We were never told how to make reservations at the other restaurants. The cafe buffet was ok food but last year was way better. they didn’t have two beds for us, even though that’s what we requested a year in advance. So my son and I had to sleep in same bed. just overall disappointed in this property and won’t be back.

Only one Buffett for breakfast and lunch and many times had to wait. Property next to GR is being redone and is under major construction. Nail spa left something to be desired. Water was cold at spa in showers and would not warm up. My massage therapist was very nice though.

Staff and location were wonderful as always. Two things that could have made the stay better would be if the hotel invested in heating at least the main pool. We barely went in because it was frigid. Also, I love the entertainment team. They always work so hard to make sure everyone feels comfortable, included and entertained. My only complaint is when they kept adding political views to the nightly shows. Regardless of how each person feels, we are on vacation to get away and to relax, not to be reminded of conflicting political issues. Felt like food at the buffet, despite the daily themes, were very repetitive. Needs more options.

This Resort has an awesome Staff; friendly and helpfull in all Things. If you have a Request or needsomething they are always beautiful and help you out.
