The restaurants were excellent except I wish the buffet would be open for dinner every day. Our butler took care of all our needs. He was excellent. Our room and view were top notch. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Every restaurant is we ate at was delicious and i know for a fact we gained weight but it was happy weight the pool is open 24 hours so after dinner swim was beautiful the staff is amazingly nice

My husband and I went to celebrate our 30th Anniversary and my birthday. From checking in with Emilee, to our butler Manny, the pool guys Jonathon and Brandon and Pedro the bartender at the quiet pool. Everything was amazing! They truly get to know you and want to make sure you have the best stay. We were there when tropical storm Helene went through and the resort made us feel safe. If you want a relaxing, chill resort this is the one.

Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. Even with the construction going on, only complaint I would say is the construction that happened in the evenings was a bit much. Petro at the round pool was awesome!!! Levi would waited on us daily was on top of it we never not had a full drink. The restaurants were good we loved the Japanese food, hubby doesn’t eat sushi and gave it a try. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to go there.

The service was outstanding, staff is very friendly and willing to attend any request. The hotel provided a complimentary room upgrade. My room was upgraded. I would had like longer hours for the buffet but room service was great.

We overall enjoy this property very much. We love that the property had a wide selection of restaurants and drinks. This resort had one of the best bartender experience that I have had in our sixth time to Mexico. Some restaurants were better than others, but I truly believe you have to find what you like and stick to it. The fact that the pools were open 24/7 was a treat to us so much and we enjoyed being able to get in the pool early in the morning or late at night. This resort would be great for couples. The staff was outstanding and very friendly. The pools felt refreshing and the AC worked well in the rooms but the showers and maybe it was just our shower did not dispense even warm water let alone hot water. That was our biggest downfall throughout the whole experience at Haven. It’s rare that we go back to a resort, but we would definitely go back to Haven again.
