We had a fantastic time at the resort, Our room was a junior suite with partial Ocean view and we had a great view and room building 3. Staff were great food was good I'm not a fan of making reservations but the app was easy to use.

First time visiting Cancun and will definitely return to the same resort!! You get a personal butler (what they call it) that text you everyday that is extremely attentive. Every staff member made us feel welcomed. The beach waiter was one of the nicest persons I have ever meet (Moises). We rate our experience 12/10 for us.

Been here a couple times now and will definitely be back. The food is excellent, except for the pork chops. Thank you to my housekeeper, Lorena, for the extra care and understanding my situation. Great resort, greater staff. Only one small complaint. Limes could definitely use more martini glasses. Having a dirty or espresso martini in a beer or wine glass isn't the same.

Such a beautiful property with some of the most friendly staff. Everyone was so happy to assist with anything we needed. It was a quiet stay with activities if you wanted them. Would definitely stay here again!

Haven Riviera Cancun was a great experience. The Resort, hospitality, food and amenities were all enjoyable and exceptional standard. I wasn't pleased with lack of being able to enjoy the beach. The description and pictures online, gives the empression of clear water and the abilitly to enjoy a beach day. That was not the case during my stay. However, I fully enjoyed the pool daily and the entertainment provided at the pool. The 24hr pool access was a bonus as well.

Room was beautiful and well appointed we had the Serenity Club Oceanfront Swimout bldg 5 and these beds face the ocean. Great bar service to our room from Levi. All pools clean and good bar service. Vistas and buffet excellent for lunch. Tahini and buffet good for breakfast but coffee service lacking at Tahini every day. Dinners hit or miss. Long waits for food and tables even though we had reservations and Olios all 6 dinners came out stone cold yes stone cold couldn’t eat the food and were served almost 2 hours after arrival and got drinks after food arrived and no follow up by wait staff Butler was ok promises things but never happened rooms given away to other people bands didn’t work etc barely saw our butler only use was booking dinners Not a lot of variety of food on dinner menus as at other resorts we have been to Would we rush back no Many other options in Mexico Poor set up for night entertainment A lot of bugs bring bug spray Theatre extremely small disappointing if you want to see the entertainment Day activities lack

Resort was our favorite one in Mexico. Rooms were amazing. Customer service was wonderful. Would stay here again ONLY dislike was Vista swim up bar staff was not very attentive and their signature drinks were all inconsistent

it's decent for the price. bedroom has tattered curtains but I didn't stay in my room long enough to care too much. had to have someone clean shower doors. certain bartenders were dude, but don't let it ruin your mood! I like that giant pools, the beach is right there though full of seaweed. never crowded anywhere which is nice. seems to have construction going on for awhile now.
