I would not recommend this hotel. The pool area was gross, half was closed down, the other half water logged with cushions missing, etc. Check in was a joke. We arrived, was told we couldn't check in until 3pm (it was 2:30) so has to jump back in the line to wait to check in when everyone in front of us was able to before us. The only helpful employee was the guy scheduling the shuttle. I was also charged more then I was told on Travelocity! Our room was decent but besides that, disappointing.

This hotel was exceptional. However, all the reviews about being able to walk is not very clear. Let me explain. You are indeed able to walk from the airport to the hotel, but, only from terminal 3. The other terminals do not have exits for pedestrian traffic. The taxis will charge you 60 USD to the hotel which is a 6 min drive. Please call an UBER that will meet you at the friends and family pickup area, which is much cheaper or use the hotel shuttle at pick area 110 for free. Ok, now that is out of the way, the hotel is great. The food from the restaurant is tasty and presents well (tacos are delish). The entrance is not grand but attractive,clean, welcoming with 24hr desk service. Compliments to Hilton on the modern details in the rooms they are esthetically pleasing. I stayed in a room with king size bed with wood floors which were clean, the bed and linen were also clean and comfortable. Amenities are limited, basic. Mini fridge, water, iron, blowdryer etc...all in all I was plased with my stay. I would recommend and stay again.
