Over all, this is a really nice hotel. It is a little bit on the small side, but the people working there makes up for the lack of size. The only issue that I found, it is advertised as an all inclusive resort, but they have a few exclusions , primarily at the restaurants. We stay for 6 nights and got dinner at their main restaurants for only three nights, which it was limited to. The rest of the nights we had to pick from their only other restaurant. Other than that, it was a good stay

I reserved a deluxe room with a king bed , but got a room with 2 queens . Stay was okay and all but by the 3rd day I started getting bug bites all over and after I got home I was still getting bit as if I brought them in my clothes. Idk what it was but I need compensation

What made Hotel NYX so great was the staff. They were absolutely amazing! The resort is a boutique resort, so your expectations of entertainment and size has to be realistic. They only have one pool that isn't large and does not have that many loungers. However, that wasn't a problem for us, because this hotel is located on such a beautiful beach, and we never had a problem getting a lounger on the beach. The food was decent (what I expect in Mexico). Our best meal was at the hibachi, it was great. The server was great and the cook, Erick, was awesome and entertaining! Armando was an excellent bartender. All in all, I would go back,

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a larger room with an ocean view. The bathroom was less than desirable, no exhaust fan, and the shower drain was very slow to drain. The hit and cold in the shower was very difficult to turn on and off. You had to twist them with a lot of strength to turn them on and off completely. That is our only complaint. The food was amazing the beach and pool were beautiful. The staff was fantastic.

Expectations were not met per previous reviews. The hotel staff was not friendly, looked annoyed when asked questions. Rooms were outdated. Food was very mediocre. Only gave 3 stars because Jair from entrainment made our stay pleasant. Will not be returning.

Room Was always clean. Bars were good. And food was ok, we got a cheap rental car with JM car Cancún for $150 for 7 days. The staff was amazing and the coupes massage was worth it. I do recommend making the hibachi reservations for a special night. My wife got it for mt birthday and it was really fun.
