We had a young female in our party that was injured in the pool due to a missing drain lid. After getting some one to take care of her and bandage it they wanted money for it. Then we had nobody from the hotel contact us to follow up on the incident

Everything was FABULOUS. From the food to the drinks to the entertainment. The resort is suitable for all ages and the grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful even if there is a language barrier. WE WILL BE BACK .
