Liked everything except the fact that people were walking right in front of our pool section (we had a swim up semi private pool)

Staff is great and goes above and beyond . It was a birthday trip and the setup in the room was amazing. We had a swim up room in the turquoise tower and absolutely loved it!!! Food is amazing. Already booked the next trip!!

Our stay was short but the experience was wonderful for most part. The only time we felt mistreated was when we tried to enter the French restaurant for dinner and was rejected because I had flip flops on. The host said that it was the policy and to uphold the high standard of the fancy restaurant. I would not have a problem with complying but as we were being told to go change our footwear and absolutely no accommodation for flip flops, a caucasian couple walks in behind us and the man was wearing flip flop as well. Upon returning with shoes on, I see that same man sitting inside the restaurant enjoying his meal with FLIP FLOPS on!! I really felt discriminated upon. Its an all inclusive BEACH resort for crying out loud! Kind of silly to not allow Flip Flops.

Had a great stay. Staff were attentive, above and beyond pleasant/helpful. Clean everywhere. Food was wonderful and good variety for everyone.
