Les chambres ont besoin d’être rénovées. Avec un ascenseur en panne durant tout le séjour, il fallait attendre de très longues minutes pour se déplacer. Le service et la courtoisie du personnel étaient inégales.

The staff at this resort was great. Housekeeping, room service, hosts/hostess to very attentive wait staff. Around the pool (coral), Saby was pool side server many days for us, she is awesome.
Excellent activity pool side team (Edgar, Alex, Adrian) at coral… make it fun

Lost count of how many times I’ve stayed at Iberostar Cancun - absolutely love the resort ! Great ocean view with a balcony , good food , amazing beach property . Hardworking and friendly staff . Teresita is an absolute star serving drinks on the beach - the friendliest person u meet . Luis took great care of me for most meals . Always a great stay !
