3ieme fois à cet hôtel et cette fois la dernière malheureusement. 2 jours les serviettes à la piscine en rupture de stock et grand relâchement au niveau de la nourriture. Grosse grosse drop mettons en seulement 1 an à ma dernière visite. Nous ne retournerons plus et pas digne du montant payé pour cet hôtel

This was a great resort! From the setting to the quality of service and attention. The spa was relaxing. They even checked in on me when I was sick! Beautiful, intimate, and peaceful.

Everything about this property was amazing! The only issue we had was at check in. It took us about an hour and a half to get our room even though we arrived after check in time. Besides that, 10/10!

Amazing stay!

This visit was sort of impromptu just to meet with friends. This hotel is amazing. From the person who lets you in, to the servers, concierge etc. The check-in was smooth, quickly and lets you feel comfortable from the start. The room took a little while to be ready, but by any means spoiled the stay. Room was impeccable, clean, comfortable and the floor concierge was great. The little details in the room make the difference to other hotels. The pools are very well kept. The servers around the pool are always ready to make you feel special. Towels and chairs available and plentiful. The beach was super clean. The beach chairs all clean and again, all the servers super kind, eager to help and always available. Food by the beach was great and so were the drinks. Restaurants are all fantastic. We tried the Italian and the steakhouse and both were delicious. Servers make you feel welcome and specially Ingrid who the last night came to our table and chatted with us. Definitely with the money, fantastic property, fantastic service and overall superb. Would love to be back soon.
