Great value for money with the all-inclusive package. However, they aggressively try to sell the resort membership (starting with exorbitant prices and eventually coming down to 1/10th or less of the starting price), and this whole painful experience wastes 1/2 day from your vacation time.

Overall, a well run resort with great food! Lots of activity options as well as restaurant options! To access the Grand you need a day pass but you get access to those restaurants too. Some activities you need reservations like bowling. I recommend renting the bikes or playing at the courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball). Great waiter service at the pools and beaches.

The property is great and the multiple pools from adult only to families to the little kiddie area all was great! Food options was endless, the all day buffet was never a fail!! Kids were happy and busy with the arcade and playroom. One thing we were disappointed about was being told by multiple staff that we can use our credits on anything in the souvenier shop when reality was it was only on tequila and cigars. The 2 things we dont use ofcourse. We had about 900 credits and just gone to waste.

Beautiful resort, very well maintained, excellent service and eating/dining options. Vegetarians may find limited but good options. Bars served all sorts of alcohol and cocktails. Pool was very big and clean. Access to Beach was convenient. However, the hotel staff are constantly trying to sell you upgrades or tour to their grande resort. I was approached by 4 different people during my stay and each of these were unsolicited inquiries. I had to ask someone if they could help me arrange transportation to isla mujeres. The person just ignored what I had asked and instead tried to sell me tours to their grand resort. Same story during checkout. A man tried to sell us a future vacation and despite telling us there isn't a catch, eventually asked for $299 deposit. I wouldn't go back for that reason. I felt I had spent $2000 already and the resort should have respected that and let me be.

Been to Cancun so many times and this was one of the worst places I have stayed at. Rooms are beyond outdated and super dirty. Room service food was disgusting. We had some stuff come not cooked throughly. Will never come back

Ernesto the Dancing Chef at Moon Palace was simply awesome. His Supervisory chain should be looking to promote him. The Hotel room we stayed at: The AC control was not working so it was a constant 64 Degrees in the room, which was not comfortable at all. Actually believe that is the reason I was really sick after our vacation. Transportation folks and Busboys were awesome.

Loved having the Flow Rider available. Entertainment was good! Very happy with the food quality and variety. Room service was fast and easy to use on the app. Arrived on a Sunday, the resort was so busy and we couldn’t find anywhere to sit at the pool after checking in and waiting for our room to be ready. Must have been a high turn over day so we won’t be checking in on a Sunday again. No reservation required dinner sounded good at first, but quickly learned if you don’t make a reservation, then likely won’t be able to eat there, so basically you need a reservation. The buffet was great though!
