No ofrecen lo que venden, nunca me explicaron que el lugar serían los condominios salvia. Yo conozco esos condominios y la playa esta en condiciones precarias horrible, por eso yo no busqué condominios salvia en su página. Las fotos que ustedes muestran en el lugar que se llama paradise beach front se miran las instalaciones muy bonitas, pero al llegar al lugar a hacer check in resulta que son los condominios salvia. Y yo no quería ese lugar, no ofrezcan algo que no es. Yo no me quede ahí por lo mismo y ojalá me puedan hacer mi reembolso

It's worth noting that the beach in this area is actually considered one of the best-located beaches in Cancun by many visitors and locals alike. Beach conditions can vary depending on various factors, including weather and season.I understand your disappointment, but I want to emphasize that we did not misrepresent our offering. The Paradise Beachfront Apartments is indeed the name we use for our rental unit within the Salvia condominium complex.I want to express that I'm truly sad when situations like this occur. It's never our intention to cause disappointment or confusion for our guests.

False Advertisement Hotel

First the name is not Paradise, it’s Salvia, a lower star rating than promoted. No phone and it doesn’t show up on GPS. Upon check out we were charged for towels my wife used to wipe her makeup off. No credit card incidentals, cash only. Never heard of that, but makes sense they charged for the towels upon check out. Never staying there again.

Dear Jose, thank you for taking the time to leave a review about your recent stay.To clarify, as mentioned on Expedia, our listings are private beachfront apartments within the Savlia condominium complex, not a hotel. Both the condominium and Paradise Beachfront Apartments are clearly marked on online maps. Additionally, we sent you a welcome message and a reminder message prior to your arrival. These messages included the general description, exact address, a map pin, check-in instructions, and personalized tips for your single-night stay.Regarding payment, you're correct that the condominium reception doesn't handle any payments unless there's property damage or excessive mess. Unfortunately, in your case, your wife used the white bathroom towels to remove makeup, leaving significant permanent stains. We kindly request that guests use paper towels for makeup removal, as most do.We take pride in providing our guests with the best possible experience. It's always disappointing to hear when a guest's stay isn't enjoyable due to unintentional misuse of provided amenities. We will strive to further improve communication with future guests beyond the welcome message, check-in process, and in-room information.

The photos are accurate about the view. Stunning. The property itself is old and run down. Pool has no view and the back of the building has an empty concrete area with no view of the ocean. Truly a waste of valuable beachfront space. Next to Cogo bongo so expect noise until 4am on weekends. Kitchen was ok but had to ask for glasses. Furniture is worn and stained. We saw knat like bugs on bed and on our plates when we ate. This stretch of beach is beautiful but bring a bag to walk the beach in the morning as the partiers and. The crowd the day before leave a mess behind. Check in and check out went smoothly. Have to wait for the front desk to buzz the gate open when you want to come up from the beach, usually no issues but once we had to wait a bit for the gate to open. The days of inexpensive Mexico are a thing of the past. Nearby restaurants are expensive. Great chedriau grocery a few blocks away. Will be back to the hotel zone one day but will book further south.

We are sorry to hear that the nearby restaurants were not to your satisfaction in terms of pricing. Please, understand that our apartments are located in the most coveted area of all of Cancun, and the pricing of nearby restaurants is aligned with this reality. We have direct access to one of the most sought-after beaches in the hotel zone. It can only be accessed through the buildings nearby so we have to be diligent and only allow entrance to and from the beach to our guests, this rarely causes some delay at the gate entrance, we apologize if you experienced some of it.Thank you again for choosing our rental apartment, and we look forward to the possibility of hosting you again.
