We like to receive our guests in person, but we give them their space so they can enjoy themselves. We are available on the cell phone for anything you need.
Odd experience where I was paying through VRBO, Expedia and also requested two payments from PayPal. None of this was directly laid out in the listing and they also asked that I have all guests passports copies. My party didnât feel comfortable with that due to many data breaches they have experienced and again that wasnât directly laid out in the booking it simply said may request at check in but a random person was texting me asking me to send them a photo of our passports. It all felt odd and the host did not clarify. I am extremely displeased and we didnât arrive due to the uneasiness we felt during the whole experience. I donât like the lack of transparency that it is not directly through VRBO or Expedia and paying though PayPal felt off. This put my family in a real bind.
A beautiful condo with spectacular ocean views. Well appointed with many extras. Local property manager, Juan, could not have been more helpful. I travel the world and one of the nicest condos I have stayed in.
This would be perfect for someone with toddlers because that is the only people who would use the âbeachâ. The pool was nice and quiet- minimal chairs, but the sand area was small and the cove didnât even allow for the water to lap on the shore.
The only staff we ever saw in five days were the guards at the street. The lobby was desolate and the whole bottom floor had an apocalyptic vibe.
Our suite was fine- minimal seating in the living room so we sat on kitchen chairs to watch TV. The tub in the bathroom wasnât hooked up to plumbing and you could push it around the room so we used it to hide money under because it served no other purpose.
Could ride to where the real beach and happening scene was for 35$ US. It was a 2.1 mile walk to the nearest bus stop.
Positivesâ the management company did send someone out when we had no hot water and they repaired it by the next day. Had everything we needed for cooking, beds were comfortable, and the AC blows cold.
Good for someone looking to spend time away from the hustle and bustle âĄÌ
From the beginning to the end, our stay at Peninsula Cancun, was a treat and a joy, Brian was amazing to communicate and stay in touch with! The staff on site were equally helpful and friendly! And #7D took our breathe away!! Thanks so much! What a lovely place!
This unit was very large, nicely decorated and had breath-taking views. It needs some upgrades in regards to appliances. The fridge leaks, the plates donât fit in the dishwasher and all 3 toilets had issues with the the flusher sticking regularly so we were constantly removing the top to free up the float which was stuck. The beds were comfortable and the pool was well looked after and very nice. I would go back to this unit.
