Terrible experience, ruined our trip, very rude employees, never gets solutions, only creates more problems, they oversell rooms then start moving your belongings to different rooms without your presence... a very selfish owner, if you get frustrated and complaint, they just ask you to leave the property and still charge you... if you want to have a nice vacation, DO NOT STAY THERE, it was the worse experience ever.

Posted Jul. 2, 2020 on HotelsWonderful experience. Nice place with great wifi, cable, fridge, microwave, hot water, dishes, and everything needed for spending some days at Cancún. Access to the beach, pool is nice, and free parking. People in charge are friendly, respectful, and willing to help at any moment. Would definitely come back!

Great location right in front of the beach, excellent service by all the staff. The host took care of all of our needs, and they gave us good advice of where to visit.

Our stay at Polymar hotels and Condo was very good. Leonardo had kept in touch with us throughout our booking process and stay. The view was amazing and we really enjoyed our trip.

Excelente opción para descanso
Posted Aug. 7, 2021 on HotelsMuy buena estancia. Condominio cómodo, con cocineta bien equipada. Muy bien la limpieza y los complementos. Buena ubicación en playa y muy bien el acceso al mar. Trato amable y Alejandra atenta a nuestras necesidades, ofreciendo apoyo y recomendaciones. Bien la alberca, aunque me habría gustado que funcionara su bar. Ambiente tranquilo y familiar.

Gracias Rosalia por contarnos tu gran experiencia. Sera muy valorado por otros viajeros con deseos de tener playa privada, un condominio completo y atencion personalizada (en caso lo requieran). El bar si vuelves, esperemos ya este abierto. Es prevencion, para evitar aglomeramiento de personas y respetar las distancias. Mexico va muy bien, por lo cual en forma paulatina van levantando algunas restricciones. A disposicion y siempre Bienvenida. Debo remarcar, Rosalia es una excelente huesped. Ótima recepção, praia e sossego
Posted Dec. 15, 2019 on HotelsO local é bem agradável, com acesso direto à praia. Leonardo nos recebeu de forma muito amável. Inclusive com frutas e refrescos na geladeira. Depois de um voo longo e cansativo, era tudo que precisávamos. Com certeza recomendamos esse apartamento. Agradecemos à proprietária Alejandra pelo carinho.
