We love staying at the Royal Sands! The beach is incredible and the staff is amazing!! Resort is HUGE. The onsite store is so convenient. The food at all restaurants is delicious. The rooms are basic and simple but everything you need to get the relaxation necessary. Love that they have a gym and spa on the resort as well. Will definitely continue to return to the Royal Sands every year.

Very well maintained. Staff is treated as family and they treat guests as family. We saw fellow guests visiting year after year and the way they met the staff it truly was as if they are meeting family. Excellent for young families. We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Sands. Everything was very clean, and the property was kept in top shape! All staff were very friendly and professional. The dining options were all very good! Very bad service. They didn’t seem to care. Bathroom flush wouldn’t work. They changed room in middle of our stay. They would not restock the refrigerator. They didn’t want to listen to the complain.
