Enjoyaabke stay at the Radisson!!

There was no toilet paper in the room(it took at least 8 hrs to get some). The toilet seat was broke. No air conditioning when I got to the room.

Some members of staff are pretty good but others need some training. Pool bar is a bit of a joke - ask for a sprite they go to the restaurant for it. Ask again there is none - so went to the restaurant and obtained a sprite!!! Joke.
Hotel is far to noisy - from 5am onwards staff banging about (every day). It is clean however and pool area is very useful. Overall wouldnt stay again.

Good location with friendly staff
Publié le 14 déc. 2022 sur HotelsStaff is extremely friendly and helpful, however the room lacked certain amenities…bath robes were not provided unless asked for, fresh towels had to be requested. Best part of the hotel is the location and friendly staff and to name a few Varun, Sagar and Sandeep.

Everything is fine but for short one day trip they are not giving at least 23 hours for a customer we are paying huge amount for one day but getting very less
Just think check in is 3:00 pm after all formalities we checked in @ 4:00pm checked out in morning 11:00 am

One of the best hotels in Candolim. Check in process was smooth. The rooms are comfortable and medium sized. Breakfast spread was the same all the 4 days of stay, which was a minus point. The hotel is conveniently located with many food options, beaches and shopping. Overall an excellent place to stay.
